DESCRIPTION:

In the panoramic and sunny hamlet of Valleggia, in the municipality of Montescheno in Valle Antrona, we are selling a detached cabin with a small private entrance.
The cabin is on two levels plus a cellar portion in the basement. On the ground floor there is the living area consisting of an open space room with kitchenette and wood-burning fireplace. An internal spiral staircase (but also accessible via an external staircase) leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also a small external entrance to the property. The rustic property adjacent to the property completes where a barbeque area has been created with a wood-fired pizza oven.
The hut is located about 150 meters on foot from the hamlet's car park. The hamlet of Valleggia is very quiet and picturesque, well maintained and has a nice atmosphere. It is also always sunny even in winter and enjoys a particular microclimate given the excellent sun exposure.
