DESCRIPTION:

In Valle Antrona in the heart of the Regional Natural Park, in the municipality of Viganella, in a quiet and isolated position but a few meters from the main road of the valley and therefore easily accessible all year round, we are selling a typical mountain chalet with garden. On the ground floor we find the tavern, on the first floor there is the living area, furnished with custom-made furniture and lots of wood in a typical mountain style, with a cooking area and a relaxation area with sofa in front of a stone wood-burning fireplace. In the living area there is also a bathroom with shower and two wooden balconies. An internal wooden staircase then leads to the second floor attic where we find the sleeping area with the two bedrooms, all completely in wood, very warm and welcoming. Outside there is a garden with stone table and benches and a large terrace.
